Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 10 business days of your order and ship via Canada Post or Fed Ex. There is also the option to pick up locally in Calgary, if you wish to pick up, please contact us directly to arrange your order.

Shipping times are not guaranteed, and may be longer if the package is held up at the border. If you need your dish rushed to you, please contact us directly and we can let you know what the options are.

Returns & Exchanges

Marbella dishes are handmade, one-of-a-kind works of art created as part of limited production runs, and as such are not eligible for returns. If you change your mind and would like a different color or pattern, you may exchange your dish one time. All exchanges must be received free from damage. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or if you have been sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will make things right!
